We accept private pay for sessions via all major credit cards via our EHR system and in person via IVY PAY, or Square Payment. This helps keep all records safe and secure. We also accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account and HSA (Health Spending Account) cards for all co-pay payments as well. All copays and service fees will be charged the day of your appointment.
Initial Individual Consultation: $75.00

We accept only the following insurances at this time.
If your insurance company isn't listed above and you know that you receive Out of Network benefits from your insurance provider, we can offer a superbill with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
Notice: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

We reserve a 24 hour cancellation policy in expectances of weather-related issues, emergency issues, and serious medical illness. If you don't call or go to the client portal to cancel your your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment then you will be charged the full price of the appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
